XH-200C Cone double torque rheometer:
This machine is an ideal device for studying the flow, plasticizing, thermal and shear stability of materials. The rheometer provides a dynamic measurement method closer to the actual processing. It can continuously, accurately and reliably measure the rheological properties of materials under conditions similar to actual processing, such as the mixing of multi-component materials, the cross-linking curing of thermosetting resins, and the vulcanization of elastomers. The dynamic stability of the material and the influence of screw speed on the machining performance of the system are discussed.

Main unit
Main unit adopts the servo system imported from German, The heart of the Torque Rehometer is the fully digital 5.0 kW motor which ensures full torque of 190/240/320 NM over the entire speed range of 0.1 r/ min to 150/200/250 r/min.
The inverter drive provides for precise and constant speed for functional units. Further more, a torque measurement is integrated.
All important control data( e.g. temperature, pressure, speed, torque ) can be read on the computer . The output torque which reflects the viscosity changes to characterize the melt rheological properties.

Conical twin screws
Conical twin screws are engaged, and most of them rotate in different directions. Two conical screws engage each other in the barrel and rotate in different directions, and the top of the screw edge of one screw has a reasonable gap with the root of the other screw. Due to the opposite rotation, the path of the material spiral on one screw is blocked by another screw, and the material can only move forward through the clearance shaft of each part under the push of the thread.

 Feeding device
Conical Twin-screw platform adopts screw metering feeding device. According to the properties of material production and processing technology conditions, adjust the volume of feed speed and extrusion in order to achieve the balance.

 

Die
The die heads can easily be connected to the different extruders The die heads can be interchanged quickly and easily. They are
heated electrically and have a separate control circuit. The die heads can be disassembled for cleaning. Vrious die heads are
available for specific measuring tasks.
