Filter Pressure Value (FPV) Tester

Filter Test Machine is made as per EN 13900-5 DIN standard used to check the dispersion of the colorant (Pigment or filler) in a polymer compound or plastic masterbatch.  Filter Test Machine (commonly known as filter tester, FPV tester) measure differential melt pressure which indirectly indicates the quality of dispersion & particle size of pigments into various polymers. FPV Tester Filter Pressure Value Test Extrusion usually includes a single screw extruder, melt pump, filter, melt temperature and pressure sensors, and PLC program measurement and analysis system.

Function: This machine use Filtration pressure to test Pigments, Masterbatch's Polymer of dispersion. Dedicated data 
acquisition and display system to automatically analyze and calculate the value of the filter press. Test results are 
automatically printed out, intuitive interface, accurate data.
