Components

Extruder:
The screw diameter is 25mm and the aspect ratio is 33:1. It can completely plasticize the material, heat and melt the raw material and extrude it evenly.

Casting head:
Downward extrusion die head, suitable for materials with higher melt index, spreads the molten material evenly onto the cooling roller or conveyor belt. Reasonable design makes the film produced by the machine better.

Cooling system:
Rapidly solidify the film through cooling rollers or air cooling system to obtain a uniform film.

Winding device:
Wind up the formed film neatly for subsequent testing or analysis.
