The furnace shell is made of cold rolled sheet and stainless steel by folding welding. The heating elements are placed on both sides of the furnace, and 1260 fiberboard is used to fill the gap between the furnace and the shell. The temperature control system is designed with an integrated furnace body.There is a thermocouple installed at the rear of the furnace, and the thermocouple must rise more than 10mm into the furnace, otherwise the measured temperature will be inaccurate. The model of the muffle furnace thermocouple is K-type.
