This machine is suitable for mixing and dispersing polymers such as rubber, plastic raw materials, pigments, masterbatches, etc.

It is mainly used in rubber plasticizing, mixing, hot refining, sheeting and other processes. The rubber is squeezed, sheared and mixed through two rollers rotating in opposite directions to achieve the effect of plasticization and uniform mixing, thereby improving the quality of rubber products.

Product Application

The core technology and main components are from Taiwan.

The overall bottom plate is easy to install. The transmission mode is single-axis output to ensure high torque. The imported bearings reduce friction to ensure power saving and low noise, and the thickness of the rubber is uniform and parallel and controllable.

The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron, with a hard surface, wear resistance and durability. The roller cavity is finely processed to ensure that the roller body cools down quickly and evenly.

 

The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to protect the main parts from damage due to overload.

The machine is equipped with an emergency brake. When an emergency occurs, press the emergency stop switch and the machine will immediately reverse and brake, which is safe and reliable.

 The transmission device adopts a hard-toothed horizontal reducer with a compact structure, large transmission force, low noise and long service life.

The machine adopts an integral base, which is easy to install. The machine is divided into left and right transmission. The user confirms it when ordering. If there is no requirement, it will be supplied according to the right rotation.

        Automatic rollover PLC program control series:

1) PLC control system, real - time display and monitoring of test data, including temperature, speed, current, timing, counting, data storage or date export;

2) The system is compatible with automatic gap adjustment function, automatic flipping material function, and emergency hydraulic opening device.
