Product Application

Laboratory heat press machine are used in the manufacturing of polymer sheets for optical and physical tests of moulded forms.  Depending on the requirements, these machines are also suitable for composites, components or for embossing.The wide variety of products allows Collin to deliver the right solution for each application.

The vulcanizing press machine is mainly suitable for formula design of rubber and plastics, heat and pressure vulcanization treatment of common rubber materials, preparation of simple rubber vulcanized products, preparation of simple thermosetting material products, thermocompression moulding of common rubber plastics and composite materials, research on the vulcanization process of common rubber materials and rubber vulcanization process parameter optimization and control.

Pressing plates
Our vulcanizing press adopts a four-column structure.   Four high-precision guide pillars have strong load capacity, stable lifting and excellent wear resistance.   There are upper and lower working areas made of 4 pieces of KDB solid high-carbon steel, which have the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, fast heat conduction and no deformation.

The platen has a built-in heater and high precision temperature sensor for hot pressing and melting of materials. The temperature range is room temperature~ 300ºC. Equipped with P.I.D self-tuning mode and high-precision sensor with automatic temperature compensation to ensure temperature balance. It allows water to circulate inside the sheet, which can cool and mould the material at the same time. The plate can be cooled immediately after hot pressing, which improves test results and work efficiency.
