Lab Casting Film Machine (Horizontal) Introduction
XH-432 Casting film machine series is a device that tests the rationality of customer material formula by producing small batches of film, sheet or other flat materials. It is widely used in plastics, food packaging, medicine, electronics and other industries. It forms a film of uniform thickness by evenly casting the molten material onto a cooling roller or conveyor belt.
The material is put into the hopper, through plasticizing and extruding of the extruding device the material become cast state, and goes out through the die head, then rolled by the two-roll calender.
