PLC Control Panel:
This film blowing equipment is controlled and operated automatically by PLC:
1. Determine the control requirements of blow molding equipment, including temperature control, mold opening and closing, blowing pressure control, cooling and other functions
2.) Use PLC programming software to write control programs to achieve the functions of blow molding equipment. Use PLC temperature control loop, mold opening and closing sequence, blowing pressure setting, cooling and exhaust steps.

 

Die:
The air ring structure of the die head of the film blowing machine comprises an inner air ring and an outer air ring. The inner air ring is provided with an inner air ring cavity, and the bottom of the inner air ring cavity is communicated with the inner air inlet cavity. The transverse setting of the lower tuyere is opposite to the bottom annular side tuyere, and the upper tuyere is tilted upward and outward. The molding quality of the film tube blown by the die head of the film blowing machine is good, and the quality of the film produced by the film blowing machine is improved.

Winder:
Manual roll change to automatic roll change: on the basis of the traditional roll change mechanism, an automatic roll change mechanism with the functions of automatic winding, automatic cutting, automatic feed and so on is added.
Automatic winding: On the basis of manual winding, the winding handle is removed, and a gear motor is modified on it, which is controlled by PLC as the flipping power source.
